Race Weekend at a glance
Saturday 3 October — Pre-registration (optional)
3:00pm to 5:00pm, Paddock to Pantry (event centre)
Beat the morning queue. Collect your bib and t-shirt the day before, and grab a free sausage on us while you’re there. Highly recommended if you’re local or arriving early.
Sunday 4 October — Race day

Getting there and getting sorted
- Parking: on site, opens 8:45am.
- Follow the marshals.
Toilets: provided at the event centre. - Bag drop: leave your gear in the designated area at the event centre. Keep valuables on you.
- Food: food trucks from 11:00 am. Come hungry.
- Dogs: welcome on the 5km Community Walk only, and must stay on lead the whole way. No dogs in the 8km or Kids Run.
- The event centre for everything (registration, bag drop, prizegiving, food) is Paddock to Pantry.
